Introducing Baby Blu

This post is for sure long overdue, but is so worthy of posting. Blu Davis Lassiter was born on May 13th...the day after all of us girls had a chance to go hangout with Leesa and Blu at the hospital all day. It was wonderful! He is so cute and he has the longest lil toes I've ever seen. Him and Cash were only 3 oz. and 1/2 an inch apart in size...of course my child's the bigger one. Blu is getting big now and so so cute! Here's the pics from that day!

Neverending Story

Our friend Tasia was in a children's play The Neverending Story, so we bravely decided to take Cash to see it. He did so great! Never cried and watched the entire first half and he fell asleep about 15 minutes into the second half. We are so lucky to have such an easy going baby!

Damien and Angelique's Going Away Weekend

We are VERY sad to say that we had a weekend of going away events for our best friend's Damien and Angelique. They are moving to Austin and sadly leaving Dallas behind, but for a wonderful new start. Friday night we had dinner at Leesa and Cullin's, Saturday was the pool party, Saturday night dinner at Terelli's and Sunday morning church. Jodi came into town and we all had a great time, even though it was for sad reasons. In my head I had blocked it all out like we were all getting together just because like we used to until Angelique broke out the video. She had made a movie of all of us girls and all of our events over the last 4 years together, and I was absolutely amazed. She put so much time and work into and it was just beautiful, and reminded me of how amazing my girlfriends really are and how much we all mean to each other. We definately have more good times to come they are just a little farther spread out now! We love you guys!

We're Back!

Hello to all! Yes, we are still blogging just been a little behind lately! Our baby is getting so big...I can't believe he is almost 10 months old! He is trying and wanting to walk and talk lately! He will stand up for a few seconds by himself before he gets startled and falls. He says "mama" and "dada"...oh yeah and "ball"! He loves ball...he has figured out how to throw it back and forth and LOVES it! Of course Daddy loves it too!
